The Warren County Development Review Regulations and Standards apply to all development of lands which directly or indirectly impact the county road and bridge system, storm water facility, and other facilities and land areas under county jurisdiction.

The purpose and objectives of the regulation are to  provide rules, regulations and standards to guide land development that affects or involves county facilities pursuant to the New Jersey County Planning Act N.J.S.A. 40:27-1 et seq, in accordance in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Warren County Master Plan and other adopted County Plans, regulations and/or standards, and to establish standards and procedures for assessing developers for a proportionate share of improvements to county road systems and drainage facilities which are the direct result of or bear a rational nexus to the development.

The regulations and standards are administered by the Warren County Planning Board, established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:27-1 et seq.
