Veterans Photo Identification Card

(908) 475-6211

Veterans can now obtain a Veterans Photo Identification Card at the Warren County Clerk’s Office. This Card will show the date that the veteran’s Discharge DD Form 214 (Report of Separation) – commonly referred to as the DD214 – was recorded in the County Clerk’s Office, along with the Book and Page numbers where the discharge is recorded. The Card also shows the veteran’s address within Warren County, a photo, and of course, his/her signature will appear on the Card. In order to obtain the Card, the veteran must record his/her Discharge Papers first. This all can be done in one visit and it only takes a quick 10 minutes or so. If the Discharge Papers have already been recorded here, there will be no need to bring them in again.

The Veterans’ Photo ID Card is available at no charge to the Veterans.

Please visit our office Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to obtain the Card.
