The Warren County Board of Recreation Commissioners (BORC) consists of seven members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of Recreation recommends the acquisition of lands in accordance with the county's Open Space Plan for the purposes of recreation, conservation, and historic preservation. In addition, the Board plans for the use and improvement of parkland and promotes awareness of the county's natural resources.
