• All new businesses established in Warren County must file a Trade Name with the County Clerk.
• Requirements to apply include the following:
  • Two original applications. 
  • Both applications MUST bear original signatures and be notarized.
  • If filing in person the fee is $52.00 cash plus $3.00 notary fee (if we are notarizing it for you).
  • If filing by mail, must be notarized and accompanied by a money order in the amount of $50.00 made payable and mailed to:

• To dissolve a Business Trade Name, you must file a Dissolution with the County Clerk.
• Requirements to Cancel include the following:
  • • Two original Trade Name Dissolution Applications (found at the link below).
    • Both applications MUST bear original signatures and be notarized.
    • If filing in person the fee is $25.00 cash plus $3.00 notary fee (if we are notarizing it for you).
    • If filing by mail, must be notarized and accompanied by a money order in the amount of $25.00 made payable and mailed to:
