MCCTFC Projects, Warren County; photos courtesy of various grant recipients and Teresa Kaminski.The Municipal and Charitable Conservancy Trust Fund Committee (MCCTFC) is comprised of twelve members who review, prioritize and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for the funding of recreation, farmland, and historic preservation projects.

Applicants eligible for funding generally include any of the twenty-two municipalities within the County of Warren and qualified charitable conservancies as defined in the trust fund procedures and rules.

Projects eligible for funding generally include the acquisition of lands for recreation and conservation purposes; the acquisition of farmland for farmland preservation purposes; and the acquisition or preservation of historic properties, structures, facilities, sites, areas or objects for historic preservation purposes.
