All new businesses established in Warren County must file a Trade Name with the County Clerk.

Clerk Notary Certificates

Residents may obtain a certificate for documents leaving the state or country to certify the notary or attorney who signed is in good standing.

Computer Access
Information on mortgages, deeds, liens, trade names, tax inheritance waivers, building contracts, physician licenses, and church corporations and maps are accessible on computer terminals in the Clerk’s Vault.

Residents who wish to become a Notary Public or renew their Commission may file their application papers with the County Clerk and have the oath of office administered at the Courthouse.
