The Division of Cultural & Heritage Affairs is located at Historic Shippen Manor.  The staff work with the Bicentennial Cultural & Heritage Advisory Board to develop programs of public interest in local and county history, in the arts, and in the cultural values, goals and traditions of the community, the State and the Nation.
