The Local Advisory Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (LACADA) develops coordinated plans for the implementation of prevention, education, treatment, and recovery support for the residents of Warren County through funding recommendations provided to the County Commissioners.

LACADA meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. at the Warren County Richard D. The County Alliance Steering Subcommittee (CASS) develops plans related to substance use related prevention and education programs at the municipal level.  CASS approves the programs and the fiscal budget of the Municipal Alliances, consistent with the guidelines provided by the Governor's Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (GCADA).    For more information about CASS please contact the staff representative Stephanie Domanich by Email or 908-475-6331. CASS meets quarterly.
