Take notice that pursuant to the provision of N.J.S.A. 10:4-18, the Open Public Meetings Act, the following is a Schedule of upcoming Regular Meetings of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Warren. All regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioner Meeting Room, Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere (White Township), New Jersey.

Rules of Conduct and Decorum for Public Meetings

NOTE: The meeting of Tuesday, April 23, 2024 is being held at the Allamuchy Township Municipal Building and will not be live-streamed.

CANCELED - Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting

The March 9, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Board of County Commissioners has been canceled.

All such regular meetings at which formal action may be taken are open to the public and held in the Commissioner Meeting Room, Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, New Jersey. Due to current declared Public Health Emergency and the potential risks to public safety posed by COVID-19, all meetings will also be conducted and accessible by both telephone conference and video conference, with access by telephone and by computer through the online Webex platform.

Members of the public, whether participating in-person or by telephone or online, will have the opportunity for public comment during the public portion of the meeting. Those participating telephonically or remotely will remain on mute until such time as the meeting is opened for public comment. For additional information, please see the Rules of Conduct Decorum For Public Meetings.

The Agenda and other documents that would be available to the public in hard copy at the time of the meeting will be available prior to the meeting for download through an internet link appearing on the County website.

Public participation and public comments are encouraged. Public comments may be made at the time of the meeting or submitted in advance by email or written letter in accordance with Rules of Conduct and Decorum for Public Meetings adopted by the County. For additional information please review Resolution 397-20 establishing rules of conduct and decorum for public meetings available on the county website. Comments submitted by email should be sent to publicinfo@co.warren.nj.us and written letters should be mailed to the Clerk of the Board, Wayne Dumont, Jr. Administration Building, 165 County Route 519 South, Belvidere, New Jersey, Attention Public Comments. All properly and timely public comments submitted and received prior to the meeting will be read aloud into the record during the portion of the meeting reserved for public comment and addressed in the same manner as if the commenter was present in the meeting chambers. To be memorialized in the record at the public meeting, however, all such comments must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting.
